Grayson Blair
Leadership philosophy
“Leaders aren’t born – they form, develop, grow and improve over time. To lead, others must willingly follow. Leaders listen. Leaders coach. Leaders prioritize others. Leaders act. Leaders make mistakes. Leaders learn. Leaders serve and stay calm in the storm. I’m privileged that others count on me to lead, and I take that responsibility seriously.”
