  • Ring-fenced all components of the lending business to be divested inclusive of strategy and analysis to governance, program execution and reporting through sell off.

  • Served as the primary point of contact for E2E integration of the 13 workstreams across internal business lines, as well as all outside workstreams spanning regulators, outside council, and stalking companies.

  • Analyzed current state process and human capital needs versus future state and implemented optimized and streamlined processes, automation, and reduced resource costs.

  • Led technical migration (100+ systems, architecture, end users, data centers) and contingency planning.
